We are pleased to announce that on May 1, 2010, the prestigious International Golden Compass Award will be presented to one of the maritime industry's most respected leaders. He is Adam M. Goldstein, President and CEO of Royal Caribbean International. Known for his sense of humor, his dedication and hard work and a strong commitment to philanthropy, Seafarers' House is truly honored to take this opportunity to acknowledge Mr. Goldstein’s accomplishments.

Our gala black tie event will be held on Saturday evening, May 1, at the luxurious Hyatt Regency Pier 66 Resort. The Golden Compass Award dinner will include a raffle and silent auction as well as a spirited live auction. Sixth Star Entertainment will add its own brand of fun and sparkle to our evening and we are delighted that Bill Panoff, Publisher of Porthole Magazine returns this year as our Live Auctioneer.

The festivities commence at 6:00 pm with a reception and silent auction followed by a dinner and dancing at 8:00 pm.
